Make your prediction.

Browns: Bradley Chubb DE/OLB

Browns will focus on building DeShone Kizer, Rosen and Darnold won't be anything different than Kizer.

Giants: Sam Darnold QB

Giants should keep Eli Manning but have a young QB in the wing ready to take the helm.

Colts: Clelin Ferrell DE/OLB

Colts need help at the G position but it's to early at number 3 to pick one.

Browns: Minkah Fitzpatrick DB

The Browns are desperate at both cornerback and safety, and Minkah Fitzpatrick can play both positions extremely well.

Broncos: Josh Rosen QB

Rosen is the most polished quarterback right now John Elway finally gets his QB.

Jets: Josh Allen QB

The team should retain Josh McCown for another year and let the rookie redshirt.

Buccaneers: Saquon Barkley RB

Barkley is one of the two best players in this draft class but how early will he be drafted.

Bears: Arden Key OLB

Key is a very talented pass rusher but had some personal issues that have set him back a fresh start in a new city will do him some good.

49er's: Quenton Nelson G

Nelson is a nice pick you can't go wrong with picking him at G.

Raiders: Roquan Smith ILB

Raiders could choose a CB after they drafted CB Gareon Conley who ended up on IR and had surgery on his shin but I think they go BPA here.

If they managed to fix the offensive line and a few upgrades on the defense I can see it too. I wouldn't blame the Browns if they took him number one overall.

Browns: Sam Darnold - New GM was saddled with a HC...no way he’s gonna be saddled with a QB
Giants: Josh Rosen - Gettleman and his new coach are looking to the future, and it doesn’t include Eli
Colts: Quenton Nelson - Keeping Luck upright is priority #1
Browns: Minkah Fitzpatrick - Immediate difference-maker in the secondary
Broncos: Josh Allen - Elway gets his legit QB
Jets: Baker Mayfield - Best of what’s left
Buccaneers: Saquon Barkley - Time to put Doug Martin out to pasture
Bears: Bradley Chubb - BFF for Floyd
49ers: Harold Landry - Another building block for that D along with Soloman and Foster
Raiders: Arden Key - BFF for Mack

Feel obligated to point out that at this time last year:
- Jonathon Allen was vying with Garrett for going #1,
- Foster, Peppers, Hooker, & Latimore were consensus top 8 picks
- Trubisky was a bottom half of the first round guy
- Solomon Thomas & McCaffrey were still second round guys

Just saying....

The HC selection will have a lot of influence on the first round pick, as will FA

I think the Browns make a play for Kirk Cousins/ Case keenum. There is more talent on that roster than people realize, two first round picks and a shit ton of cap money, they should be respectable next year....but then again, it is the browns. I doubt very much they go QB again in the first, they need to put up some wins.

If I have to make one prediction, I bet that either the New York Jets or Denver Broncos will trade up to #1 with the Browns to draft Josh Rosen.

The #3 overall pick in the draft will be used on a guard?

If I were the browns I'd do the following

Sign cousins
Barkley #1
Fitzpatrick #4

That said...word is they love Josh allen....could seen him go 1 with one of the other two at #4

As of right now if I had to guess who'd pick who.
Too many QBs early though it will all change after combine & FA

Browns: QB Rosen
Giants: QB Darnold
Colts: RB Barkley
Browns: DB Fitzpatrick
Broncos: QB Jackson
Jets: QB Mayfield
Bucs: DE Chubbs
Bears: WR Ridley

In many mocks, there either weren’t any QBs in the first round, or just Trubisky.

In at least one high profile mock, Deshone Kizer was #2.

I had a post a few weeks ago looking at mocks from January 2017 and April 2017. The January ones were unrecognizable and incredibly wrong. The April ones were fairly spot on.

Ferrell has not looked like a top-10 pick to me. I know "young" and "potential" but he doesn't look the part yet.

Agreed. The Bears are in a tough spot. Chubb will probably be gone. Key is like a clone of Floyd, do you really want 2 of the same undersized edge players? Ferrell is potential and has shown flashes, but I'm starting to think he would be a reach at 8. I don't really like Landry that high and maybe not in the 1st at all. Honestly, depending on how he looks at the combine, I wouldn't mind Marcus Davenport that early if you're dead set on edge in the 1st. 6'7", 250lb guy from Texas San Antonio that can really play. Can really bend at that height and has good speed & natural strength.

Love Davenport. Good call. I will say though, Key is built more like Aldon Smith than he is like Floyd.

Undersized is a pretty far stretch.
