My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Bears
Just would like to point out that Ben Johnson is on the same wavelength as I've been preaching and said so in his press conference:

"It's clear that modern football in the NFL is quarterback driven. You can look at analytics, quarterback success is a higher predictor of winning and losing than turnover ratio and it's been that way for 20 years"

Indeed this goes exactly with what I said the Bears focusing so much on the turnover battle has been detrimental to the team winning.

I agree with this. Everything in the modern NFL is about the QB. If you have a top 12 guy you can win. If you don't you have no shot to win a championship. Why are the Commanders in the NFC Championship game after being awful for multiple years in a row? Because Jayden Daniels has been a rock star. He's the difference.

Yes, the turnover battle is important but it's more important to have a higher end QB.

So when a qb isn't successful; throwing picks and fumbling; the team struggles?

Trent fricken Dilfer won a SB with his team leading the league in turnovers. Every year top top QBs lose in the playoffs. You need solid coaching and smart play. There are many ways to get the job done.

If the eagles somehow win the Super Bowl does that mean Jalen hurts is a HOF qb since you’re the genius with the logic that being a HOFer means you win the Super Bowl, and not accepting that Super Bowl wins builds resume for HOF career?

So Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen are...............Jayden Daniels is..............Jared Goff who consistently folds in the playoffs as a game manager.

Trent Dilfer beating Kerry Collins was. 80 percent of Super Bowl titles have been won by QBs in Hall of Fame.

You obsession about this is unhealthy. Teams that don't turn the ball over and take the ball away tend to be successful. Are they always successful? Of course not. To tie it into QB success, I think its hard for a QB to be successful and not be safe with the football. Jordan Love had success the first half of the year, but when GBs defense stopped creating turnovers themselves to offset Love, the Packers became just an average team. It's much easier for a QB to be safe with the football and also not be successful.

All I did was quote the new head coach who used a fact.

I agree. But QB and line protection is the key. You don’t have to be #1, but you have to win at the trenches more than lose. Not just the QB is enough. But a big part, yes. Helps when your QB is mobile too and can extend plays or take off.

Isn’t turning the ball over a factor in qb success? Yeah, I guess I would rather have a qb with 40 tds and 10 ints than a qb with 10 tds and 0 ints.
