I think Henderson is decent, but he's no akersBummer. Gives them enough time to prep a new starter.
This always seems to happen. After the top 5 guys, it drops off, but you feel like there is some depth and then a few guys go down and it all of a sudden very thin. That sucks, I hate to see players lose out because of injury. On a side note, RB market just got thinner in FF.
That would have been a trade you would have regretted for a while. I never trade/release older players until they actually start to decline. Henry will have another productive season.Holy crap, I almost traded Derrick Henry for him. I am in a dynasty league and this trade made sense, since most RB's fall off after age 27.
Could be a leveon opportunity. Though I think he screwed himself out of anymore opportunities with his comments about ReidSucks to hear, never like to see any injuries. I wonder if they will be giving AP a call.
If you wait until they decline the value is much lower. That would have been a trade you would have regretted for a while. I never trade/release older players until they actually start to decline. Henry will have another productive season.
Yeah I can’t imagine him and McShay together. I think Bell is done as a starting rb. Only reason I said AP is because he played with Stafford the past few season and could be a decent compliment with Henderson.Could be a leveon opportunity. Yeah I get that but you would have also traded a top RB who has a few more years in him for an unproven RB which dealt with injury issues already. If you were getting more out the trade like you did with Kamara, then yes it’s something to think about. But you made it seem like it was Henry for Akers straight up, which I don’t know if that’s the case.If you wait until they decline the value is much lower.
I traded Kamara for Kyler Murray, 1st round pick and Chris Carson when Kamara was at his height, knowing that when Brees leaves he likely won't be as effective in FF.
Now I am dominating because of that trade, and that first round pick turned into DAndre Swift.
Yep.....Stafford still does not have a running game.Huge blow, because their QB needs a complete team to have any success.
I think Derrick Henry will go strong until he's 30. While at Alabama he was pretty much a backup until his senior year and his first 2.5 seasons in Tennessee was RBBC with Murray/Lewis. Over the past 8 years (college + NFL) he's gotten adding up rushes and receptions he's at 1877 total. If you look at a younger player, like 25 year old Zeke, that guys has 2,304 total. That's ~23% more usage.Holy crap, I almost traded Derrick Henry for him. I am in a dynasty league and this trade made sense, since most RB's fall off after age 27.
