get a clue dude

I do have a clue, I wasn't seriously expecting us to do so, but Lund doesn't make it an automatic loss or NYR would be undefeated right now. You need to get a clue.

wrong! NOT baseball. For the last fucking time.

NO 5th seed or lower has won the cup since 1991, nothing 6th or worse has EVER won the cup. Only twice has an 8th seed been to the cup, and one can argue that philly doesnt even count because they were tied.

Baseball different from hockey. end of story.

Nice reading comprehension dipshit.

His main point was that the best team usually doesn't win... I can remember several President's Trophy winners knocked out early recently.

And just because a low seed has never done it before doesn't mean it can't happen.

And the Flyers weren't the 8th seed... they were 7th. Montreal was 8th that year.

Is there much chance of us winning the cup? No. Is it impossible just because of a number? No. Is it highly unlikely? Yes.

go back to the fire forum where you can talk to yourself, beat the hell out of jokes, and maybe just maybe have a clue about a sport, something you lack in this forum.

Chicago will go back to Ray Emery for Friday's game against the New York Rangers. He has started the last three games for the Hawks, but was torched for five goals on 31 shots in Tuesday's 5-1 loss to St. Louis. (Source: Chicago Tribune)

Sorry, but I'm just a towel.

Anyway, we need to win this, because even when Toews comes back, it may take a little while for him to make an impact again in all honesty, and we are only 5 points in last I checked.

That goes without saying though.

Senators took down the Biron backed Rangers tonight, 4-1.

Colonel Rob Klinkhammer was awarded the 3rd star with 1 assist for Ottawa.

I'll be rooting for an 8 - 2 win.

I figured the Rangers got beat 1 - 4 last night by the Sens. Blackhawks doubled up on the Sens. Double the score and you get 8 - 2. Maybe 8 - .5 depending on which route you want to go or an argument could be made for 8 - 1.

Makes sense to me and I like each outcome.

I'd rather see Crawford in net. He seems to step up in bigger games against the better teams like this.

Emery wasn't very good in St. Louis, giving up a few weak goals, and I think it'd be better to give Crawford a shot.

What do I know, though?

i think both goalies blow, id rather see crawford as the number 1, but you have no choice but to start emery again...if he implodes again back to the musical chairs of the goalies.

I'd think that a newly arrived young goon from St Charles Missouri is not really up on all the finer points of keeping shittier players on the ice, and will probably feel that he has to prove himself...

and will possibly get Westgarthed in the process. And when/if it happens will Foley for the "Thunderstruck" route? (Keeping in mind that "Thunderstruck" is only really an AC/DC song about going to a strip joint (I guess in Texas iirc) and not about really anything too deep???
