What a great win for the Hawks. Needed it and now got the Kings next on Sunday which is a very winnable game. Just need to get some separation from the 8th and 9th spots and hopefully get Toews back soon.

If we go by your logic buff, The Oilers are >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> the hawks by a long shot. ya know the 3-1 record vs the hawks.....you wouldnt know anything about that right? heads up play FTW!

 haha! ohh this forum is funny

sample size it much?

Well, if we do it by seconds played, 7200 seconds (correct me if I'm wrong, I didn't feel like calculating it) does seem like a pretty big sample size.

I just dont see how anyone can use heads up play as anything of meaning. It makes no sense to boast about heads up vs Ny or any team for that matter when in the NHL it gets reversed with bad teams like edmonton going 3-1 against the hawks (a lot of goals scored by the oilers) You cant talk about one side and ignore the other. Its a weak fans debate, something to hold onto for hope. oh well.

1. St. Louis Blues 93 (They'll be playing a lot of Blues music when they're eliminated)
2. Vancouver Casucks 92 (Would have said Cafucks, but the Sedin sisters suck a lot of...)
3. Dallas (South) Stars 79 (Not deserving of #3 seed at all)
4. Detroit Evil Empire with Wings 91 (If Nashville can take home ice from them, it'd be huge)
5. Nashville Sexual Predators 85 (Self-proclaimed Stanley Cup champions)
6. Chicago Blackhawks 81 (We do have 3 African American/African European players)
7. Quebec Nordiques 76 (TBO is the only hockey fan around Phoenix, and not even he likes the Yotes)
8. San Jose Dogfish 75 (They're sharks, but not as cool as bull sharks)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
9. Los Angeles Queens 74

That was a great game one of the most entertaining ones I have watched this year. New to Hockey but I am really starting to dig it.
