I suppose I can with the aspirin analogy, because I enjoy the bitterness of IPAs. I don't harangue people who have the genetic component that makes them hate cilantro because it tastes like soap to them, just because I like cilantro and it doesn't taste like soap to me.
But I agree with you about craft beer nerds being snobs who have to put down other flavors than the ones they like; they're obnoxious.
