What are your suggestions for improving the situation?

(A serious response would be nice, but would require some thought.)

I don't know if they can fix everything in one offseason. It's kind of bad that the Bears aren't further along in their rebuild. Its really putting a lot on a coaching staff to make this collection of players a winning team, considering they haven't ever been a winning team. Most of these are just "hope for improvement" at this point.

*Braxton Jones isn't very good - not sure if they can draft or bring in a new LT
*Darnell Wright hasn't lived up to expectations - not much they can do at this point except hope he improves by having a (hopefully) better supporting cast
*Caleb Williams had a disappointing rookie year - they brought in the mastermind coach
*Keenan Allen didn't add much - they don't need to bring him back
*Ryan Poles is a bad GM - hope he improves
*Tyrique Stevenson has to really improve - hope he improves with a different coaching staff
