I don't know if they can fix everything in one offseason. It's kind of bad that the Bears aren't further along in their rebuild. Its really putting a lot on a coaching staff to make this collection of players a winning team, considering they haven't ever been a winning team. Most of these are just "hope for improvement" at this point. Thanks for pointing this out.
What are your suggestions for improving the situation?
(A serious response would be nice, but would require some thought.)
*Braxton Jones isn't very good - not sure if they can draft or bring in a new LT
*Darnell Wright hasn't lived up to expectations - not much they can do at this point except hope he improves by having a (hopefully) better supporting cast
*Caleb Williams had a disappointing rookie year - they brought in the mastermind coach
*Keenan Allen didn't add much - they don't need to bring him back
*Ryan Poles is a bad GM - hope he improves
*Tyrique Stevenson has to really improve - hope he improves with a different coaching staff
