The vast majority of posters want him a Bear for life. You’re not paying attention if you think otherwise.
I have no problem with him not making the pro bowl when you look at who made it over him it’s easy to understand. That doesn’t mean he’s not appreciated though.

Ok. Dante Jones? Who? Why is pro football reference showing he had 189 combined tackles (7th all time since they began tracking in 1987) for the Bears in 1993 but no more than 79 in any other year? How is that possible? Was he hurt every other year?

A comparison of their first 4 seasons in the league. Shows what I figured. Roquan pads his tackles coming in after a teammate makes the stop and he cleans it up and gets credit for a tackle. Hes a tackle stat padder. Urlacher had way more solo tackles while Roquan has more assists. Urlacher was also a bigger difference maker and the reason why he got so much more attention than Roquan. Roquan doesn't do anything to change games. Urlacher had 10 more TFL, 7 more sacks, more forced fumbles and fumble recoveries, and more interceptions. Roquans good but he's not special.

No drama from Roquan. Brian was a drama-queen, especially later in his career.

Roquan leads the entire NFL in solo tackles since he entered the league in 2018. Also 2nd among linebackers in TFL since then- only 2 behind Demario Davis who leads that category, and 13 more than Darius Leonard, and 20(!) more than Bobby Wagner.
He's simply one of the best inside linebackers in the game today, just like Urlacher was in his day.

Yeah but Urlacher was GENERATIONAL TALENT so no way Roquan should get a new deal. He's just "good." SMH!
