Kirk Hinrich: Almost dealt to Minnesota at the trade deadline, he rejuvenated his career in a reserve role. "I would love to play my whole career with Chicago," he said. "I grew up a Bulls fan. I love it here. I love the town. But I don't know if that's realistic. We'll see what happens."
Luol Deng: Sidelined since Feb. 28 with a stress fracture in his right tibia, Deng said he continues to rest and rehabilitate to hopefully avoid surgery. He faces a tough decision on whether to play for Britain's national team this summer. "I love playing for them, but it depends on my injury," Deng said. "Resting my body and getting healthy is important. Ultimately, it's my decision, but I'll listen to what [the Bulls] say because I value their input."
Joakim Noah: He's debating a short stint with the French national team, said he'd practice but not play with the Bulls' summer league team and will train at the prestigious IMG Academy in Florida. "If I can take one thing from this series, I was on the floor on my [butt] a lot," Noah said. "And I feel beat up. So I have to get stronger. I added weight between my first and second years, but it wasn't good weight. I wasn't in good shape. I kind of went on a little world tour last year and it slowed me down." That won't happen again.
Tyrus Thomas: Said he really just needs to continue to work on his jump shot and thats it. I want to go into next season taking atleast ten jumpers a game or more. I may not even play defense, I will just stay on the offensive and wait for my guys to come back and feed me on the perimeter.
Brad Miller and John Salmons: Talk about low-maintenance veterans. Miller will be valuable either as a savvy veteran on the floor or because his $12.25 million contract expires. Salmons is a bargain whose contract could be extended. "I love playing here," he said.
