No doubt there will one day be a 30 for 30 on Rose's fall from grace. Heartbreaking, man.

He ditched the mask and cut his hair...maybe he's thinking if he looks like MVP Rose again, he'll not be sucky Rose. :crazydance:

Life is really unfair.

Surely that's what it is. Just like last year....when he performed the exact same except playing 8 minutes more per game thus fooling people into thinking he improved because of scoring more PPG. If Rose is just holding back for the playoffs at the expense of being one of the worst PGs in the league right now, he's a bum.

Why risk injury when he knows the bulls will make it in regardless? Everybody and their mama knows he's made of glass..

He's gonna turn it on. You don't just forget how to play basketball. Feel free to quote me on that.

False! Derrick has clearly forgotten how to make layups.

Yeah, guys just never decline I guess. You can make layups and not suck at basketball without risking injury. Actually, anytime he steps on the court he's risking injury. Remember the injuries he had were both non contact injuries. He's risking an injury every time he runs down the court. He's just not the same guy anymore. Be prepared to be disappointed.

I'll believe it when I see it, and I hope you're right...but you're not.

"Or take the at-the-basket region — 79 players have attempted at least 100 shots within 8 feet of the rim this season, but Rose ranks dead last in efficiency in this group"

"So far this year, 68 players have taken at least 250 shots, and within that group, Rose ranks 66th in field goal percentage, outshooting only the decomposing Kobe Bryant and the very green Emmanuel Mudiay."

I cant really see them benching Derrick, but there is an argument that he should be.

Good Derrick has shown up twice this year.

Once against OKC (29 points on 25 shots with 6 assists). Once against Indiana (23 points on 18 shots, 6 assists, 0 turnovers, also 2 steals and a block).

The bulk of this fanbase that had Jordan, were either in diapers or grade school. People are now old enough to drink that were too young to have any memory of the last game Jordan played in a Bulls jersey. If you were born a day after the 6th championship, you are 17 years old. Crazy to think.

Exactly. And this new, pimply faced fanbase can't appreciate or recognize greatness. Ready to ship a former MVP out after half a season of him protecting himself.

I cannot shake my head enough
