Last I checked his 83.8 grade in week 5 is higher than Ekwonu's 81.6 in week 9. Took me 10 seconds to find so the fact you could find Ekwonu's but not Jones is proof positive you have an agenda. You could have easily found this yourself if you had any interest in being fair.

My argument here is that it's complete idiocy to claim a 5th round rookie LT is "better than any other LT in the draft" midseason, especially when we started out the draft with 2nd round picks and had no shot at 4 of the top rated LTs in the draft.

We were at that time talking about Jenkins as a tackle, not a underling guard. And does he ever even play? LOL at the Lions line being better, when they are top 5-10 and the Bears O-line is the absolute bottom of the barrel. This does not even bring into the equation that the level of competition the Lions has faced so far has been better, a stat that PFF never brings into the equation. All three of the Lions interior line positions have had significant injury issues, and yet they still rate out much higher as a unit, Your arguement at that time was my comparisons of the two lines was based on pure speculation? There are tons of very good offensive lineman in the 2nd and 3rd rounds, not to mention the 130 million we have in cap space. Just like last draft and now the upcoming draft, you draft the besrt available player of a position in need. Edge or 3tech is also a position in need in 2023.
