I realize why you have a bunch of red dots below your name. Pippen had big hands...krike!

Scott Pippen could have been the greatest NBA player ever if only he didn't have Jordan on his team and had smaller hands!!

If only!

Why don't you read the whole conversation? Heff and I were talking about his FT shooting.

Malone mentioned nothing of Pippen being a complimentary player. He said he was impressed with Pippen and the job he did with the Bulls when Jordan left

What makes you think Malone picked Pippen over other players? Pippen spent his whole career complimenting another great player. The other players with the exception of his teammate all were franchise players themselves. Pippen is the only player who beyond any doubt would defer to Malone and there would be no ego problems.

He stated his reason for picking Pippen. He was impressed with what Pippen did in 94 and 95.

He also shot better off the glass then straight on...which further explains the trajectory issues...

Lol get the **** outta here. You have to be just as accurate shooting off the glass as you do any other shot. I can tell you and firsttimer don't play basketball

I read in an interview from Bach that Pippen learned a lot from Jordan and that Jordan helped him with his game, that includes defense, where according to Bach, Jordan was superior as a man defender.

He said no such thing. He said they were equal physically, but Jordan wash a trash talker. Which is why he gave Jordan the edge. He then talks about that Mugsy Bouges story where Jordan called him a midget.

Really? One of the greatest shooters in NBA history, Glen Rice, stated that shooting off glass was similar to a layup. He didn't think real good shooter had to shoot off glass.

But then again, you would know better, because you play basketball. So you have to play basketball to know that Jordan wasn't a winner, Barkley should have been a small forward, and Dolan is a greater owner than Jerry Reinsdorf.

Cut your hands off and never play ball again, it makes YOU dumber.

Ummm..no you don't ....The entire idea of the glass is it increases the margin of error on a shot.

You're right..I no longer play basketball......... I only did for 15 years and now coach the sport.

Then post the interview. All you do is make blind assumptions. I gurantee you took his words out of context. And while you're at it, show us where Jordan stated he didn't like any of his teammates. In that interview I posted. He makes mention of Jordans and Pippens defense.

Nope. Its a harder shot to block because you're not aiming at the rim, your aiming at the corner of the square in the glass. As opposed to a straight shot headed at the rim.

yes, the same interview has been posted on this forum for months. Bach has talked about the two of them on radio interviews, Chicago Tribune Live...every damn where. Why you think you corner the market on Bach quotes based on a conversation someone stated that had with him...is beyond me.

I make no blind assumptions...assuming I don't play ball because I believe the degree of difficulty is lessened when aiming for the glass rather than the basket while taking a shot isn't a blind assumption? Again, GTFOH.

Lol you guys.....

A bankshot is harder to block because the shooter isn't shooting it straight ahead. He's shooting at an angle. The defender is normally trying to block a shot that's going straight at the rim. Not at the backboard.
