IDK. I think this team is going to be super focused on getting that lossless record.

Emery in net, Seabs back (thank god).

Hopefully if it's a one goal game (up or down), Opuya's ass is parked on the bench.

The biggest thing that Oduya has done is allow Keith/Seabrook to see less time on the ice which should hopefully pay off in the long term and I think it already has in the short term as Keith seems to be playing a lot better this year. Oduya still hasn't reached the level that he played at during last year's regular season but I'll take him as a #3/4 guy just about any day. Also helps that Hammer/Leddy are both playing better and Brookbank/Roszival are pretty damn steady for #6/7 guys.

The only thing someone should be "unhappy" about right now is Oduya's contract which I'm still personally on the fence about.

His play is the reason keith and seabs are getting less time. Q would not play him as much as he does if his play didn't back it up

I think I'd put him 4th. Seabs, Keith and the Hammer then Oduya. But still, the way he and Hammer are playing is really, really helping this team...takes a ton of pressure off the top pairing, keeping them fresh.

The Capt has his opinion but one thing he IS clueless on is his insistance in pissing on players from a team that has a big, fat ZERO in the loss column after 16 games. Till they lose a game and come up pointless one night, there's simply no reason to blame anyone for anything.

I don't agree with his opinion here, but anyone has a right to critique any weaknesses on a team, whether they are undefeated or winless. There have been ZERO games this season in which the Hawks played flawlessly, so there is always room for improvement and that spurs people to voice their small criticisms on an internet message board. There is nothing wrong with that at all.

Why is it all of the rejects that came over from the CBMB are all meatballs? It's sad but even Joe doesn't deserve flak from those retards.

A few things I am seeing on twitter...

Hossa skated with Toews/Saad this morning (would think that is a good sign he will play tonight).

Karlsson has been sent down (possibly) according to Sassone - which looks to be good news that Crawford is good to go.

Montador also skated at practice today, along with Carcillo.

Best thing of all...Blackhawks website says that Hossa and Carcillo will be in the lineup tonight.

Seems like another semi-big game, which means you can expect Joe Thornton to not show up.

3-2 Hawks.

or just go at toews all night.

Hossa is in tonight.

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/sharks-blackhawks-preview-182127859--nhl.html

It looked like Chicago was going to be without forward Marian Hossa after he was helped off the ice against the Canucks following a forearm to the back of the head from Jannik Hansen, but he'll play in this contest. The Blackhawks will also have defenseman Brent Seabrook, who missed one game, and forward Daniel Carcillo, who sat out 15, in the lineup.

Awww how cute, you are still obsessed. Typical mid 30 year old reply...or wait.

My bad for putting my feelings/insight on the game in thought out paragraphs. Frowned upon around here. I'll stick with the emoticons, z's and useless chatter. My bad. I'll try my best to not post hockey thoughts in this forum mr mod who is supposed to promote hockey chatter.
