No, time is finite and you have to prioritize your interests. PC sys admin is hardly in my list of priorities. Making a conscious choice to spend my time on something else is hardly stupidity. Frankly, your response is one of the worst I have seen in awhile and if you had put any thought into it, you probably wouldn't have written it.

what the **** do you do with your computer that you think a pc takes so much effort to maintain? Its just not real that PCs require as much attention as you are suggesting.

Reload the operating system, troubleshoot all the sys admin functions, dont want to learn it

The point is that the majority of users dont really know what they are doing. You are the exception that can build your own computer.

PC are not more user friendly than Macs. You may be the first person in the world to ever say that.

PCs have been a swirling mass of shit and problems since they have been introduced. For every 1 issue I have with a Mac I have 10 with microsoft. PCs have had to be dragged kicking and screaming just to get into it's bullshit position now. Without Macs pushing them we would still be living in the 90s with tons of blue screens, compatibility issuses, freezes and viruses. MS products are poorly designed and with just enough stability to force the users to the next release

Great that you can fix all your PCs issues, but the average user isnt so fortunate

There's a difference between being able to swap out an engine and changing your oil.
