I fully retract any and all positive statements previously made regarding the recent influx. Before, it was simple to separate the gold from the dross.

Now it's damn near impossible, and I still can't even access this site w/o using Hotspot Shield. And my online/offline stalker is now here, which has completely ruined the MB experience for me. So, unfortunately it's probably best that I depart for a while.

I think it would be helpful if one of the useless CCS mods (Cubsneedmiracle?) could actually moderate the Bears forum. Right now, its like a bunch of trash swirling around in the wind. I like the traffic, and a few of the new posters appear to have brains, but the Bears forum is just a total clusterfuck. Step one would be to disallow Giant Panda from creating new threads. Step two would be for the useless CCS mod to start merging threads because we don't need 8 separate discussions about Shea McClelland. My $0.02.

Yeah or move threads like stuff talking about the DNS, or if they would go back to the CBMB to The bar where it belongs.

These new members are treating the Bears Forum as a place to post anything and everything as though they are scared to use The Bar.

My thoughts exactly. I don't even go in the Bears forum, don't even consider clicking it, they need a CBMB forum separate from the Bears forum or a Bears sub forum, God I feel like a xenophobe.

If your goal is to read each and every post you should probably give up that idea if anywhere close to the 66% the poll on the CBMB suggests will be here. It's going to be a bunch of trash swirling around because that's how an active message board works when news is slow. Then when something happens all the trash gets blown around more.

Why do you care about the Bears forum anyway? Isn't that Packers in your team list?

People will eventually fall in line. The problem with The Bar is that you can't access it until you have 10 posts, so some people are probably just dropping their first turd wherever they can.

Rory/FT, VSN was the same way after MM moved in, you should know it takes at least a week for things to go to normal.

Let me guess, you think that reply proves you are intelligent.

I think his point was more that based on your post...you're not.

Generally when someone can only come back with a lame attempt at a flame it says more about themselves.
There's going to be growing pains for everyone. Obviously Rush thought you guys were too boring so he went and recruited on a forum of about 100,000 and it's been holding pretty steady that 66% says this is where they're going. Get used to it.

I'm still left wondering why what goes on with the Bears forums matters to Packers fans.

Disagree.

What you've posted above is the typical mantra for stupid people on the web when they are called out on their idiocy.

Or he fell ass first into CBMB falling apart and Rush could have a board with 6 billion of the Dos Equis' on it and still want more, regardless of how interesting or boring the current members are.

Rush is about the $$.

The posters here are boring, and tacky, and unfunny... But Rush could never have enough posters.

The posters here are very vanilla. At your other site it's slow with little traffic, but the posters seem ok even if some of them are dumb.

I'm confused. Is that where we suck the vacuum or where the vacuum sucks us?
