one thing i got wrong....
We can argue the rest of it if you want, but it would get long and dragged out. SS is not an offense first position historically, and it has shifted in the past twenty years. But I think you are starting to see a shift back. Guys that are like Tulo that are amazing with the bat and glove are rare, and I would say that I think you are starting to see the middle infielders trend back down offensively as to what they were 10-15 years ago at the height of the steroid era. I haven't looked at close enough to really argue it convincingly though.
