How Vitters looking at number 3? How did Montanez look at top 3? MLB draft is a crap shoot and you just dont know. Yes having better picks helps but look a KC who had top picks for the last 12 years and just NOW they getting decent. PIT has had top picks for last 15 years and how they doing? Again Cubs are not a small market team and shouldnt have to worry about top 10 picks. They need to spend the money to get better on MLB level, Spend money on scouting so they can TRADE specs for PROVEN mlb talent. Thats what the BIG BOYS do. NYY, BOS, PHI
