Thought my story was clear enough. He was a biker dude. Unlikable when he pulled out his gun, shot and terrorized the bar. That post was right in front of me literally. he didn't directly shoot at me. I'm trying to tell a Albert Flasher story. Thought it would be fun. Didn't expect a congressional hearing. Now a few weeks later I saw the biker and the fellow he feuded with hashing things out. I was amazed but it was a small town with wild west type justice. I might gather the biker paid a fine or charges were dropped. That was the way it was there. I had some charges dropped too in another incident but that's another AF story. The bikers wife/old lady/girlfriend flashing her tits was a knockout. That was the best part of my AF story.

Albert did not get shot at, even if the story was true.

Getting shot at means someone intended to fire at you.
Albert ( if the story is true) was standing near where a bullet was fired.

If having bullets hit nearby is getting shot at, then I am Martin fucking riggs.

Yes it does.
Being shot AT definitely denotes intention.

However, were you hit, intent would not matter. You would be shot. Doesn't matter if they were shooting AT you, the end result is the same.
