I think the Bulls aren't gonna get a superstar, to be honest. I think they could get a few upper level players though. Like I said, I'd be thrilled to get David Lee/Boozer.

Think Shannon Brown will take his player option with LA? I think he'll decline and test.

There are two ways the Bulls could go. They either go all out on a max contract wing player (LeBron, Wade, etc...) and fill the front court with rebounders and defenders. The other option would to get a scoring forward (Bosh, Boozer, Lee, Stoudamire, etc...) and give a more balanced look...

I think we are a dominant low post scorer away from being REAL good....

A lineup of Rose - Hinrich - Deng - (Bosh, Boozer, Stoudamire, etc..) - Noah could easily compete with any team in the league...

The Bulls better be careful. If they short-arm it too much on player acquisition this summer, they could risk losing Rose, Noah, or both when their days come.

No, because they own their Bird Rights, they can go over the cap to keep them

I agree with Anytime23. Wade is the 2nd (at worst- 4th) best player in the NBA. Rose is a 27% and Wade is a 31% 3 point shooter. I guarantee that number goes up for both of them if they had each other to feed off of on drive-and-kick-outs. Rose simply does get open shots as much as other Bulls' players because he is their best scorer. But if he had Wade he would actually have another Bull player who can drive and kick it out. I don't agree with the idea that the 2-3 zone is going to stop Wade and Rose. Playing the 2-3 opens up the middle of the floor and Wade and Rose are 2 of the best mid-range shooters in the NBA. To say the zone is going to slow those 2 guys down is almost as extreme as saying that it would have slowed down Jordan and Pippen (remember back when it was called "illegal defense?" Scottie and Michael would have still owned NBA defenses together even though they played a similar style and weren't either particularly good 3-point shooters. And if you play zone against Chicago, you are going to give up offensive rebounds like crazy to Noah and the other Bulls' frontline players.

I'm not denyintg the Bulls need a 35%+ three-point shooter at the SF or PF position, but the Bulls offense would be one of the best if they added Wade.

Players I want in order:
1) LeBron (obviously)
2) Bosh
3) Amare
4) Wade
5) Boozer
6) Joe Johnson
7) A combo of David Lee and Anthony Morrow

I'd also like us to find someone to take Hinrich and his 2 year declining contract. If we can get something for Deng I'd move him as well.
