I understand the hesitancy to want him because of last years effort. I also think there was some bad blood between he and Nagy. I remember an interview with Feilds about not throwing to Robinson. His reply was I wasn't supposed to be looking his way, or something close. I don't know about he and Feilds relationship, but if it's solid I'd be trying to get him. Before last year he was the best thing this franchise had.

I will say he isn't worth over 18 a year also. It's definitely a numbers question. If we can get him on a 3 year 16 to 18 mil deal, sign him. If he wants more then let him walk.

Yeah i know that especially after they showed out so much at the combine but teams will still have them ranked at different levels and there could be a certain one that the Bears really want or one that dropped that nobody was expecting to drop that not only the Bears have ranked at a higher level but multiple other teams as well. Just say T.Burks dropped and the Bears really want him, another team will know, or think, the Bears are gonna take him and trade up to get him.

Every GM has made multiple trade ups to get a guy they really want, it's kinda a thing.

I'm hoping Poles makes a couple trade downs in this draft. Good deep draft at multiple positions that we have needs at.

Look, he is the best available WR out there. Last year was a one off. Williams is re-signed, Adams is getting tagged, and everyone else is hurt. Unless we are comfortable without a true no1 WR this year, there isn't much choice. It was clear he and Nagy had a rift. Nagy is gone, let's get Justin someone he can throw to, even when he might not be open.

My guess is that Mooney will be the #1, and the Bears will have to draft a #2.

The Bears might also want to supplement with a second or third tier free agent.

I think Robinson is likely gone, in no small part due to the fact he's made it pretty clear he doesn't want to be here.

Poles wants speed arob is like Mike Williams and slow. Look at all that money he made last year and mailed it in. You gotta let this one go. Bring back Byrd or Goodwin. You have Mooney. Sign Kirk and Chark , or just one. Get MVS as he looked solid in Green Bay. It’ll be better than last year since arob would go MIA most games and sit out the others.
