Tallon Will Get A Ring for This Stanley Cup Winning Team

sassone article today says Rocky had said Tallon's name will be in the Cup. Sassone the only one reporting that. Ofcourse Scooter, who has no decision making in the outcome says they will look at it. Why Scooter, would Rocky go back on his word?

A friend of mine was about 15 rows/poeple from the stage and he said that he started it. I laughed my ass off.

Tallon confident Hawks will 'take care' of him

Tallon, now the Florida Panthers GM, appeared on WSCR-AM 670's "Mully & Hanley" show Monday morning and was asked if he would receive a championship ring or have his name engraved on the Stanley Cup. While it's unlikely he would have his name on the Cup since space is limited, he's confident he won't be forgotten.



"Listen, this organization has been very good to me for 33 years and I expect them to take good care of me," Tallon said. "I have no concerns about that. It's a class group and as I've said, I expect everything to be done in a classy manner. They've always taken care of me."

More Tallon from this morning on WSCR with Mike Mulligan and Brian Hanley. BTW, Hanley was the Hawks beat reporter for the Sun-Times in the 90's...he made the Krivo joke.
