Nice generalization. I've watched all 20 Lightning playoff games this year and have not been impressed. They beat a couple eaten conference teams lol.

I don't think Tampa has enough depth scoring, though, and that's going to be a significant problem for them. We just saw what happens when a team faces the Hawks with only one true scoring threat. Maybe Cooper will break up that line a bit, similar to Q's reasoning for rarely pairing Toews and Kane together.

My favorite teams
That is predicated on one of the Conn Smythe winners playing like Toews and not Arkhipov, & the 2-time Norris winner playing like Keith and not Quint.
If the 'hawks show up like they did in the final 2 periods of Game 6 v Nashville, & game 6 and 7 v Anaheim, they should win--dare I say handily. If they show up like Game 1, 2, 5, period 1 of game 6 v. Nashville, Period 2 game 1 against the wild, or game 5 v Anaheim, we're gonna get creamed. IMHO that's the key.

They score more goals than anybody. Tampa has two strong scoring lines. The triplets line and the Stamkos, Killorn, Fillpula line. They get almost nothing from the 3rd and 4th.

I'm with Tampabear on this one. Plenty of respect of that team down there.
That Lightning team scares me when we also have only 4 d-men and a goalie that can give up a goose egg from time to time. Sure, we have the intangibles of being the blue collar team of the series, but when the Ducks lit Crawford up like a Christmas tree, that scared the daylights out of me. Tampa is VERY capable of that as they did that to supposedly the "BGITW". They were 1-0-1 against us this season.
That said, this is going 7. They will not be a cakewalk by any means. Why this topic is even here is worrisome. Your arrogance could be our downfall.

Man I was on this forum calling for a Hawks sweep of the Ducks and that didn't seem to prevent the Hawks from winning the series, did it? The only "downfall" that our arrogance could cause would be a ton of ridicule at the hands of the other posters on this message board. But it's not going to affect the play on the ice at all.
