Actually there's no debate it was definitely a goal. No whistle. Far less plays have had the whistle blown and the REF was out of position to see the play either way.

This thread sucks. I want the last five minutes of my life back. If I could give everyone arguing about the stupid fucking goal a -1, I would. It was a goal. What else needs to be said? Crawford did not "freeze" the puck, which is what you need to do in order for the ref to blow the whistle. If he had covered the puck, wouldn't his glove have been pushed backwards into the net with the puck? Hawks didn't argue about it, Crawford didn't argue about it, it didn't fucking matter in the outcome of this game, and the Hawks won regardless. Fail for all.

I just felt like posting a rant is all and I doubt it took me more than a couple minutes.. It just struck me as funny that there was so much discussion over something so ....meaningless.... in the big picture.

I thought they looked great, then gave it away when they got over confident because they were blowing away a team they should blow away, then they edged out the win, and got a little lucky. Good teams get lucky. I'll take it. But what do I know, I didn't get to see much of the game because I was making sure TSD hit on every woman that came in the chat.
