I still don't see them going far, not sure why. Although I was rooting against them last night and again tonight. I have too, as a HAWK FAN!!!

Nice to see them do well though.

Like PMX said, and I don't think any of us disagree with him, this team is the best border line team of them all. Hopefully this weekend woke them up. IMO it all rests on Hossa. He needs to produce.

I think Bolland and Hossa need to be kept together along with maybe Frolic or Bickell. Bolland /Hossa seem to be showing a bit of chemistry as of late.

I love the Bolland,Hossa line. I think that line will score twice against Nashville.

Agreed, Bolland/Hossa have looked very good lately.

Sharp/Toews/Kane

Bickell/Bolland/Hossa

Brouwer/Kopecky/Frolik

Stalberg*/Johnson/Pisani*

I don't really like Kopecky at center but I don't really think there is much of a choice.

*Dowell and Scott don't have to be scratched either, the 4th line consists of a revolving door of course depending on injuries and other factors.

I know I'm still in the minority, but I still think Sharp is the best option (and it doesnt help my argument the fact thier line is on fire). I mean, they did win the Cup with him at center...

Frolik - Toews - Kane (why not try him there...)

Kopecky - Sharp - Hossa (I think Kopecky is really good at givin them the puck and going to the net)

Bickell - Bolland - Brouwer (Physical line can match up vs other top lines)

Stalberg - Johnson - Pisani/Dowell

Sorry I can't split up the Sharp line. It's been absolutely on FIRE

Sharp-Toews-Kane

True lefty and righty on the Wing.

Frolik-Bolland-Hossa

Bolland has been playing very well for almost two months now.

Brouwer-Johnson-Bickell----Still a good checking line

Stahlberg-Dowell-Pisani/Kopecky

I like that line up.

I really think its up to Hossa - meaning his play. The guy can be so dominant on the ice - but then have games where he's just so/so. If he plays like we know he can - I have no problem with Bollan/Hossa.

Otherwise....Hawks are just that one-line team, with Sharp - Toews - Kane...because Bickell/Johnson/Brouwer wont get shit (I thought Kopecky played well between them two).

At least if Sharp is with Hossa...he can create some offense too on that second line.

I'm sure Q will try all combos in the next few weeks...LOL...(sorry, I know how you love that)

Yup. If Hossa catches fire this team could go far.

I still like my lines. I have more faith in Bickell-Johnson-Brouwer as a checking line than you do. Especially knowing Bickell and Brouwer can clearly score.

Down 4-0 in the 1st.

EDIT: 5-0

EDIT: 6-0

EDIT: 7-0

Lecavalier 5 points in 28 minutes.

Hey they finally got goal... We arent even through the 2nd and it's 7-1.... I smell a comeback......NOT!!! Talk about a demoralizing ass kicking.... Yikes!

Worst part of it had deadspin bothered to follow up on ANY OF IT, they'd have found out that picture was OLD and not recent!!

And FYI the Sweater was a girls sweater at the bar he was wearing. It was a joke. I happen to know both people in that picture. Pat and the person next to him.

As I said in the other thread, I thought his little cardy was hilarious! Seems like a funny kid... random comment, but all I could think when I was watching 24/7 on HBO was how good that show would have been had they followed the Hawks run to the Cup. The 2009-2010 Hawks had more personality in their pinky fingers than the entire Caps and Pens teams put together.

I hope these types of stories don't force Kane into fitting some boring mold and staying in his condo all the time not being able to enjoy the city.

Will I be disappointed? Sure. Will I get angry or upset about it? Nah. I'll still have hockey to watch, and I'm really looking forward to next season, actually. I think we'll be in much better shape, with the prospects we have coming up, and with what we can do in free agency. As long as Stan doesn't **** things up, the future looks bright.

Thank you for clarifying it a bit. I was just getting slightly torqued reading from people I consider passionate fans saying "yup, they're done." I mean lets face it, this is not the team of 8-10 years ago, when we knew those guys were already planning their golf outings at this point in the season. They are in the thick of it with 20 games to go. I am not going to try and sugar coat anything, there are times they look like the Stanley Cup Winners they are, and there are times they look like the pee wees we watch at 1st intermission in DC. But they are right in the middle of the playoff hunt, and seriously, they put on a couple 5 game WIN streaks, they could honestly work into 1st round home ice.

I really like those lines too.

Hopefully we never have to see Kopecky at Center ever again, even if it means he's on the 4th line at times.

Plus Johnson has been playing well lately, let him keep rolling.

Hun , can you open the windows on those big airplanes? I was watching a movie where the pilot had his window open.

Only on the ground, when in flight they is to much pressure in the airplane , superman would have a hard time.
