No...Joel Otto is black and plays for Nashville

Great win. I like these D combos...great job by Q putting them together. I still would like to see them get 1 more dman over Hendry.

Any word on Hjarlmarsson?

lol durple you idiot!!!

Craws the shit. So happy with him this season.

Good game boys. Great game Keith love when you are blocking shots you get into the game more when you do.

Pekker played well too that little fart bubble.

I will always dislike the Preds. Very important and big win tonight. Confidence is starting to show. Lets take 2 points from the upcoming back to back and I will be happy. Take 3 and I will pee em. Take 4 and I will give handjobs to everyone on the board.

Yah will be interesting to hear about Hammer. Traded to Chicago for Turco and Kane I bet.

Great game for 1 reason. I didn't have to hear that god awful song they play. And I guess cause the hawks won too

Other things I noticed:

-Stalberg has been good the last few games, not necessarily on the scoresheet but he has done his job on the fourth line and is bringing some nice energy.

-I think the Stalberg/Johnson/Kopecky line has been a good line lately

-Johnson needs to be in the lineup, blocks a lot of shots and brings the defensive physical game our forwards have missed all year

-Frolik...what's he do?

-Crawford right now is the best goalie the hawks have had since Thibault in his all-star year

2. Hossa

3. Kopecky

1) I agree the Stalberg/Johnson/Kopecky line was a good line tonight. I noticed them a lot.

2) Frolik does nothing so far. Still waiting for him to break out and do something....anything. ANYTHING. He actually looked okay tonight despite not having any finish and doesn't throw a check..ugh!! (That was sarcasm by the way).

3) You guys are drunk on this Johnson guy. When did 2 hits and 1 blocked shot makes someone a physical forward? OI VAI!!!! I think the lack of physical presents up front has started to make some of you have low expectations of what physical forwards are. While I agree he and his line had a good game tonight I am not buying into the idea that he is a physical presence the team has missed this season. If Johnson is the best we have for physical forwards then we are in trouble. Guess he is better than no presence at all..still dont think that says much.

4) One negative about tonights game. We got hammered in the faceoff circle. Team totals 41%.

Toews = 41%

Bolland = 39% YIKES

Johnson = 40%

Dowell = 45%

Ugly faceoff numbers to be honest. UGLY.

That's the only negative to the game tonight, ugly faceoff numbers, everything else was spiffy. someone really needs to start showing Bolland how to take a draw this is getting silly.

One other negative could be problems with Hammer. Still awaiting word if anyone has any.

Don't look now, but Crow is right behind Thomas in best GAA for goalies with at least 35 games -- 2.11 to Thomas' 1.99

Anyone know how many shut outs Craw has...to lazy to look it up. Great win...I think we put up another great win against yots...I just don't like that team..never was sold on them. I think they are another team that plays boring style hockey for me at least. Sunday couldn't come fast enough.

I think the Hawks will resign him with a raise. No matter where Q lines him up , he competes, brings energy, and is not afraid to go to the net.

as long as he's not at C I have no problem with him. Besides will Hossa allow them to do anything BUT resign him? I mean holding hossa's jock is a tuff job in itself!

I am sure he doesn't relish being a C . All teams need some lunch bucket guys who fill their role.

He is one of those players that, either annoys the hell out of me or can score and be ok with him...I just can't place it.

I think that was Crawfords 3rd shut out of the season.

His third of the season and fourth of his career.

Hot damn did Corey look great last night.

I continue to eat much crow over him.
