Seriously, we are a much classier organization then that. I tend to think our fans are as well.

No Dave Bolland (concussion) or Brent Seabrook (Torres) on the ice for the morning skate for #Blackhawks. Bolland I believe skated yesterday

John Scott replacing Seabs tonight... watch out Raffi.

Yep. Jahs twitter...

To recap: Bolland, Bickell and Johnson (maybe John Scott) are in for the #Blackhawks. Seabrook is out tonight after Torres hit..

That's why I think playing Bolland is a mistake. If the Hawks fall behind and shit starts to fly, I don't want to throw a guy in whois coming back from a 2 month absence thanks to a concussion

The refs will be watching Scott and will grab him and send him off before he can raise a fist just as they have done in some of Scotts other attempts. Of course he can try and put a legal hit on RT.

Would AV put Torres out there if Scott is on the ice?

Since we have the last line change, AV may have no choice.

If Raffi was a man about it, he'll take what he deserves.

who cares if torres gets taken out. it's only worth doing if you can hurt them going forward. to me you target a sedin, kesler or one of their top pair. if you're gonna goon it up at least do it right.

Sadly, wanting to go after Torres is directly attributable to the NHL not addressing the Seabs hit.

Quite pathetic when you think about it.

Hell if thats the case and we go down, then let me draw the play, Have scott run down the ugly sedin, then when he is down have bolland come and skate over his face, He needs a face lift anway, Then during the hand shake if it happens tonight, Have Hammer pretend to want to shake Keslers hand then fake him like he is brushing his hair and leaving him hanging. Then kick him in the balls, while Keslers head is down in pain, DDT his ass on the ICE. and finally when Lou comes to shake the last hand. Turco should open the door at the bench and have Buff come out one last time and chase him around.

In all seriousness, How awsome would it be to win, then go all the way to game 7 and win in overtime. I wouldn't sleep for weeks! Vancouver would shut down its borders from any chicagoins flying there. Lou would be put in a goalie protection program.

I agree with your points, but trading Skille for Frolic? Skille was doing zippo. Stan probably wanted another center but could'nt get one at the deadline, so grabbed Frolic who supposedly had better offensive skill, despite not hardly scoring, showed more than Skille. I think you could flip a coin on who improved the 4th line wing position more. It was'nt Skille, and now that we've seen Frolic that's questionable.

I think Frolik has been one of the better Hawks during this playoff "run", which still isn't saying much. But still, he did not fill any needs, Stan said he was a center when he clearly is not. I'm not sure what he was thinking.

Three goals in 28 games (31 if you include playoffs), on the 2nd line... I think Skille probably could have accomplished that on the 4th line. Either way I'm not comparing him to Skille, just saying he did not fill any needs.

The only reason I think Frolik has been somewhat effective in the Playoffs is because he stepped up his physical play. Since he isn't contributing much on the scoresheet he has to do it in other areas which is fine with me and I like to see it.

What was Stan thinking? He was thinking, damn I need a good center cheap but none are out there. Then Tallon said, he I got this guy who could play center, he hasn't but I think he could, and remember I built a stanley cup team. Stan said... I don't know I'm not offering up much in return, and Tallon said that's ok, all I want it the kid that I've been pushing to try to get into a top line for years. He's not, but he could...

Both teams got exactly what they deserved on that one. And for the record, I think Frolik is better, as a matter of fact, I think he's shown flashes of being really good and I'd love to see him actually start the season with the guys and see what happens instead of being thrown in. He's a young kid that had two good years before this year.

I like Frolik, but he didn't fit the need, and we lost grit in getting rid of Skille, someone who I supported, and felt never got the shot he deserved on the team. As for this off season, I have no problem resigning Frolik if he will sign cheap. (cheaper than his entry level contract, 9 goals this season?) As for this off season, I think we need some grit that can score, I wanted Chris Neil at the deadline, but we didn't budge. I wouldn't mind Scotty Upshall for our second/third line. Not too much available this years off season, and our prospects are all a year away.

It should be interesting to watch next fall. Lines 3 and 4 need a major rebuild. I think we won that trade but time will tell by how much. And after saying this, is he even under contract for next year?
