Nope. I'm just always looking for improvement. But I guess that's a bad thing in some people's eyes. Thankfully my bosses haven't shared that opinion.

It's a good thing your underlings aren't paid as much as you because then they would be expected to match your performance, or maybe everyone you work with gets paid the same as you and performs as well as you. Imagine the possibilities if such a dream team were really possible.
If the underlings are fucking up do you just say oh well it is what is? Or do you point out the areas that need improvement, and replace those underlings if they are INCAPABLE of improving?

Keep digging the hole though.

Doubt your company is working with a salary cap so replacing inept team members isn't always so easy.

If we want to keep going with this analogy, you don't put a senile old man working on the helpdesk in charge of, say, your Exchange infrastructure. Which is basically what Q is doing putting Handjob on the second line.
What in the **** is Q doing, Bollig, Sharp and Versteeg on the fucking power play? Are you fucking kidding me? We are absolutely fucked six ways from Sunday if this is the coaching we can expect for the next two games.
