They played the whole third period in the prevent defense, they should have been pushing the pace and looking to ice the win with another goal or two instead of being passive and hoping the clock would help them</p>

Not really. They didn't sit back till late in the 3rd. they botched a couple of powerplays in the third which would have put the blues away (and overtime of course). They started sitting back around the 7 minute mark and really sat back at the 4 minute mark. and Oduya shouldnt be a guy out there with just over a minute left to protect a lead. I like Oduya but not when protecting a lead. His turn over was pretty bad to be honest. Seen that a number of times this season. I would rather have brookbank out there with little time left on the clock..truth.</p>
