Traffic in front of Miller is useless when none of the shots go through. Keith is the worst, it feels like 95% of his shots get blocked. It's ridiculous.</p>

its easy to say "get some bodies at the net". its harder to actually do it. blues did a good job at not allowing much traffic infront of miller. few times the hawks got in and the puck just didnt bounce for them. other times the blueliners couldnt get the puck to the net..ie seabrook who i thought was horrible on thursday getting shots to the net esp from five feet out. </p>

ps a few of us thought the ice on thursday looked like shit from the second period on. not sure if that was the actuall case but it looked like it. guys were falling all over and the puck looked like a basketball.  hope for better ice today if there was an ice issue. could have just looked like it though on tv.</p>

if Bickell would just go there, and park himself, instead trying to rip one past Miller at the blue line, I don't think many of the Blues could stop, or want to try and stop, him.  That's how got many of his greasy playoff goals last year.</p>

Hawks must have been taking the pre-game nap in the first. Hope they will wake up for the second, but doubtful. Blues are playing so much better and shows why the were talk about President's Trophies and Stanley Cups before that ultimately irrelevant skid to end the season undeservedly stopped that talk. That said, still don't think they have what it takes to win it all. They could well beat the Hawks and maybe even make it to the WCF.</p>
