Patrick Kane is disgusting

Craw haters and doubters still around? If so...**** off.

Hate to see Shaw go down. If it's bad I am not too concerned, he wont be missed that bad this series. We will need him in the next though.

Don't think Bollig is going to last through this series to be honest.

PP is going to much better this series as it already showed in this game

saad also is getting more room to skate and he will have a much better series as I said before these series work more to his style and allows him to skate.

This won't be a long series. Wild are way outmatched at all positions.

PP and Crow kept us in the game till Kaner took over at the end. Bickell and Smith played well. Hossa, too. Saad's pass to Hossa on the second goal was sick.

Yeah, it was great to see Saad buy time and make that pass,

Kaner once again being filthy clutch.

Bollig is pure garbage. I don't give a **** if he's played all year and "earned" a shot. At some point you have to do something to keep that spot, and all he's done is shit that should get him benched. Horrible turnover at center ice, loses his man in front of the net, who then scores... And he's right back out on the ice two shifts later. Awesome.

Nordstrom -2, Handzus -2, Bollig -1. Nordstrom and Bollig both with less than 10 minutes of icetime... Handzus with around 11. Fourth line is fucking useless. Regin and Morin ....please. If Shaw is hurt, Versteeg, Regin, and Morin would be nice to see next game.

Bollig has been garbage all season.

Here are the things I don't give a **** about him:

1. His work ethic

2. His improved skating

3 His hits

4. His jam, grit, sandpaper

5. His alleged fighting ability

He is a worthless pug that Lispy felt necessary to sign to a contract extension. Keep his ass around for meaningless regular season game...All 82 of them.

But his ass belongs eating baby corn in the fucking pressbox during the playoffs.

Smith deflection/pass was brilliant and Kaner burried it. Wild are going to have to bring more than that or they are on the greens by next weekend.

Both those 3 period goals by Kane belong on plays othe week if not plays of the playoffs.

Hopefully Shaw isn't hurt too bad. Watch out for Stoners big body flying around throwing hits.

Are we all watching the same teams?

Wild outshot the Hawks 32-22. They really carried the play for a majority of 5-on-5, but the Hawks special teams was dominant. If not for Crawford (again), and Kane finally deciding to shoot the puck, this series easily could be 1-0 Minnesota.

Bickell, Smith, and Hossa had nice games too.

The Wild better find a goaltender, quick, because Bryz isn't even on the same planet as Crawford in terms of talent.

I think Toews has a sore shoulder, Ott got him a couple times on the boards last series.

Yep so game 4 is Toews's shoulder is still sore cooke will manage to chop his arm off and get suspended for like 5 games. The reattachment surgery will go well but Toews's career will be over.

In all seriousness the wild aren't even in the same time zone when it comes to talent. Hawks in 5

See, that's where the difference lies though. The Hawks have several guys that only need ONE shot. The Wild don't have a single difference maker on that entire team. Parise is a fraud. Which is why they can carry play almost the entire game and still not be close.

No call so it was a clean hit. It does look like he left his feet before contact.

Definitely. And Shaw is much shorter than him anyways. No need to jump into a hit like that.

parise is no fraud. hand in your hockey fan card now. this is a guy who has put up stellar numbers on very defense oriented teams and teams which lack any depth. calling parise a fraud is ludacris. hes one of the best left wingers in the league. did you even watch any of the wild and avs series? parise dominated it. he also gave the hawks a tough go in game 1. hope the hawks dont think parise is a fraud.

as for e rest of the team. yes they lack depth but they still play an effective system. just not good enough to advance past a second round and pretty lucky to actually be in it right now.

What I mean by fraud is, the Wild are paying him to be a game breaker and put them over the edge. He's not a game breaker.

he broke about 3 games against the avs. he is most certainly a game breaker for the wild. guy may not be a toews or kane as far as overall skill although he is pretty damn skilled but as far as the go to guy for the wild? who else are they supposed to go to? he always wants the puck on his stick and he always wants to be the go to guy much like kane and toews. its not the wild playing him as the game breaker its parise wanting the responsibility to be that guy. thats priceless leadership and confidence. i would take parise over any of our left wingers anyday of the week if there were no cap world and if i got to select any left winger in the game..parise would be one of the top three i would pick.

True and I agree, although I like Parise. All I meant was that I thought the Wild were closer to winning that game than people are portraying. Crawford was huge in game one, big difference maker.

Game 2 was a different game. I think the Hawks improved 5-on-5 for sure, Crawford was still good, but not really leaned on like game 1.
