Ben Gordon doesn't answer the problems on this team. You are asking JR to pay all that money over the lux tax for a person he doesn't even like! Not happening.

By the way, Gordon isn't the #2 guy on a championship team. That is what the Bulls should be looking for.

Can Howard be a #2 scoring guy? I really hope he changes his mind and considers Chicago a possible destination.

Howard with Rose? THAT is a championship core...

YESSIR! Still a long shot from happening but hope Howard changes his mind or Rose should at least try and convince him.

If fully healthy, the same team next year isn't a bad thing.

It isn't a bad thing but it doesn't goes that way. This team as it is, is done. Nobody would be the same next year mentally. So that's why you must make some changes. And first change you must make is to trade he players who suck under pressure. Carlos Boozer and CJ Watson.

I just can't see any possible scenario that would lead to Boozer not being a Bull next season.

Why the hell would anyone want to pay him $15.3 million next year and the next two years on his contract? That makes zero sense. Unless the Bulls take on an equally terrible contract, Boozer is staying here.

Have you seen the stupid moves that Orlando has made in the last few seasons, going after over-rated and sometimes washed up players?

THERE IS HOPE! LOL. And I agree. Trades are the only way to make anything work for us cap-wise. Or amend Rose's contract per section7 of the CBA(injury provision) which would at least help this team recover some space without taking away any money from Rose. His 16.3m due next year could be recovered up to 9 weeks if I remember how this works. So that's only around $5m? Meh, might not be worth it, but an option nonetheless.

One thing is for sure. The off-season is where waldo is gold. He'll filter through his twiiter and post the good rumors faster than ESPN.

I'm a Magic fan first and foremost and if Dwight leaves I would love nothing more than for him to by alongside adidas team mate Derrick Rose because Chicago would become the elite team in the east without a doubt. Unfortunately, the Orlando front office is doing whatever it takes to keep Dwight and that means gutting their roster and kicking their coach to the curb.

I really hope Captain Kirk returns. Boozer needs to go, CJ is done, Brewer is expendable(much because of Butler's emergence) plus James, Lucas and the White Mamba wont be back. Either way there is room for #12 to comeback

One questionable play and everyone's saying off with Watson. :smh:

I doubt CJ goes anywhere unless he's in a trade for someone else. I wouldn't be surprised if they brought JL3 back since he makes pennies in salary cap money anyway. Same with Scal. Kirk could come back with the team more or less the same as is via the MLE. I hope we don't give him that much though...there are better options out there if they're willing to come here. Big if though...

I wasnt mad about that play Watson made im just saying he might be considered expendable along with Brewer. The difficulty with Lucas is that his size makes him a defensive liability, Scalabrine is retiring and might return as a coach on Thibodeau's staff. We got room one way or the other thats all. Hinrich by far is a better defender and Floor General than Watson is but definitely keep CJ unless we find a team that needs a guy like him.
