The defense lost the game-not the new Qb please

I am so tired of the Mitch getting the blame , for one he has only played 13 games and last season hardly counts he had horrible receivers and a horrible Fox game plan and play calling. The defense let Green Bay score on every drive in the second half-every single one. 3touchdowns and a field goal, how in the world is that the fault of Mitch. I am not impressed with the defensive coach of this team-last year every time when the Bears did somehow score the other team scored right on the very next drive--he never closed the door on the other team. My last thought on the Green Bay game is that you have a Qb on one leg-----------how can you not blitz and go after him lol

It was a team effort. About the only people I can't blame are Khalil Mack, Pat O'Donnell, and Cody Parkey. Mitch shares some blame.

And if he's a good leader, he'll tell that locker room that was on him, and he'll be busting his ass all week to get better.

Regardless, people need to pump the brakes on hating on him. This is a process, and that was the very beginning of it.

I triple dog dare you to tell Khalil Mack right to his face that his D lost the game. I like some of your points though but seriously, Khalil Mack did NOT lose the game, Trubisky did (and maybe Dieon Simms and slightly Kyle Fuller)

The Bears defense held the Packers offense to no (or roughly ZERO) points in the 1st half. Mitch didn't do crap in the 2nd half to score much of anything. Lots of mistakes, a really bad fumble. This was definitely a loss squarely on the QB.

Mitch will be fine.. Not even worried in the least about him. He has the physical gifts that you CAN NOT teach, and he has proven (from everything we have heard) to be a willing learner. I'll happily sit back and let Mitch have a full season with new weapons in a new offense before I make any judgments.

Oddly enough, this is similar to the same people who wanted Javy Baez traded in early in the 2016 season for the Cubs.. Now look where he is at.

He is the only guy on defense who did not lose the game---------please the other team scored every single time they had the ball in the second half-----the defense could not hold a 20 point lead???????????????????? and you call that a good defense??????. the defense had a 6 point lead with a few minutes left and rapidly blew that lead-it was not a short field. To put all the blame on a new QB is insane and the paly calling in the second half was beyond horrible. I don't want to see anymore Trestman 1 yard passes-maybe one or but get the ball down field . Good God have some play call for our receivers at least 7 or 8 yard beyond the line of scrimmage-give the new QB a fighting chance and maybe run the ball.
