Did a trial run tonight with the charcoal grill downstairs. I had a fire extinguisher available just in case like you mentioned HHM. I didn't end up needing it, I think I need a few more fans for when it gets up to temp and really starts smoking. The basement got pretty smoky and at one point could hardly see my hands, but it cleared up fast and my hot dogs came out great! Excited to do some wings tom
