Minneapolis and Philadelphia are completely different cities with vastly different cultures. East coast differs so much from the midwest it's crazy. The term 'Midwest Nice' is a real thing. I'm sure the city of Minneapolis will be a great Super Bowl host and take their money. It's a shame people have to act like that and throw shit.
