I'm just excited that I don't have any work to do tomorrow so that I can sit by computer and have the NHL Network on TV, following all the action.

If you don't follow TSN's Bob McKenzie, you should do it now. He'll probably be the best/quickest source for information.

With 24 hours to go before Monday's 3 p.m. trade deadline, here are teams that should make a move:
1. Toronto Maple Leafs:
The Leafs have dropped out of a playoff spot and look like a team out of sync. They have five points out of the last 20 that were available to them. Although their goaltending was sharp early, it hasn't been helped them as they have started their fall.

2. Nashville Predators:
The Predators have a playoff style team that might just need another piece or two up front. They want a proven scorer. Plus, they want to add the kind of people who will help convince Ryan Suter that Nashville is the place to be going forward. He will be unrestricted this summer.
3. Washington Capitals:
Roman Hamrlik and Mike Knuble are clearly out of favor there, and the Capitals could use a jolt. Hamrlik has another season left, but there is a strong market for defensemen.

4. Boston Bruins:
This is a quality team that certainly has a shot at back-to-back titles, but injuries to Rich Peverley and Nathan Horton are undermining that hope. They look like a tired team that could use a boost. They have been looking for a depth forward, and maybe a defenseman.

5. Chicago Blackhawks:
Their goaltending has been better, but this is a team that could still use a solid defenseman to bolster their blue line. They have too much offensive firepower to take a chance on being caught short defensively.
