You should look at what they call landrace strains, or even imported hashes from places like Morocco. Colombian Gold sativa is still available, and does not have that speedy feeling that some of the crossbred kushes have.
A dispensary near me carried a hash called Moroccan cream, and it was a very cerebral, euphoric kind of buzz. Giggly, relaxed, no panic. And was the closest to old school hash I have had in 20 years.
Because the hybridizing and cross breeding of pot was not documented properly like normal and legal plants, some strains considered to be sativa or kush dominant, actually aren't. As HHM said, know your sources, and options.

Man, I'm glad the firework shit is over. My dog hates it. Hides underneath our bed all night when they go off. Iowa legalized fireworks 2 years ago (IIRC) and our neighborhood sounds like a warzone. Fucking 12 year olds lighting them off and land on my roof. assholes
