I'm making some shit i got out of the garden, roasted beets, carrots, greenbeans with a lemon/thyme vinaigrette. Got some of those fatty ass "pork steaks" that i marinated in some Hamm's/garlic/thyme/sea salt/fresh cracked pepper, gonna grill them over a little cherry wood. Keeping it simple tonight because wife and kids are making a run to the farm to pick up some beef and lamb this weekend. For appetizer, bacon wrapped blue cheese stuffed dates.
