I agree about Malnatti's sauce being tits, but overall I am not really more impressed with their pizza's than Giordanos or Nancys (I admit I've only been to one Nancys restaurant though). I genuinely go with Rosatti's, even though they aren't quite as good, but they are cheaper and everywhere in the Chicago area.
Really offering a decent product and using real bacon, not bacon bits, are my biggest concerns with restaurant pizza.
