I love weight lifting not sure if that is taking care of myself. Massages acupuncture and cupping is where it’s at though.

Workout. Go for a drive in the country. No highways. Yard work. All of this with my wife. End the day making a meal and getting relaxed.

Cook meals from raw ingredients, hiking, Fitness centre activities, Play sports with my kids, table tennis with wife, spar with adults and sometimes @Grimson , get zooted with @Penny Traitor and @jive listen to ambient and minimal techno, and occasionally day drinking and bbq.

Just dont do long snapping drills or spar because that can directly impact ur brane health for obvious reasons.
