Well, unfortunately, that's the state of the offensive line right now.
The one ray of light is Caleb Williams himself seems to be the truth - so if we are able to improve the interior in any substantial way, and the Bears can even just get average offensive linemen, this offense will absolutely pop off.
We don't need extravagant - we just need competent.

How quickly can the OLine be remedied and what HC can both push this agenda and take advantage of it?
I think they should start in FA by offering Atlanta’s Center Drew Dalman a huge payday that nobody else is going to match, drafting LSU’s LT Will Campbell in the first, and taking a OG in a deep class early on. I would try to keep Tevin if he is willing to stay on a proven it type contract, and hopefully we don’t need to rely on him starting.
Hopefully we can land another OL in FA who can be a stop gap starter for 2 seasons.

If Poles makes the picks again we're just going to get more of the same. He's drafted plenty of lineman and they all suck - either that or our coaches really suck. Maybe both are true....

This and it's as a lot more about trading 2s and taking a WR at 9 last year than anything to do with selecting Caleb Williams. The either or argument is all about bias.

If there is a justification for removing Poles, this is it. He got the QB and assumed the oline would just fall in place. Either that or he isn't as picking offensive line. Either could be grounds for his dismissal.

They should hopefully, and I mean hopefully draft 2 starting caliber offensive line prospects in the first 3 rounds, then draft 1 late and sign a starting offensive lineman in FA.
I say hopefully because in similar situations in the past it seems as if this franchise will draft an Olineman early to shut us all up, then wait until rounds 6 & 7 to draft more, and bring in a couple of patchwork free agent signings.
That shit isn't going to fly this time around, & that's not even taking the need at DE,DT & HB into consideration also. Especially with a lackluster FA class
