I didn't see any narrative shifting. I saw Chase Daniels (Chase Daniels?!?) saying the same things he's always said about Fields. He's been consistent.
The ModSquad might want to consider pinning a Fields thread to the top of the board, since there's a new one daily. Nothing wrong with it, just a suggestion. As for the shoopster, he remains committed to the agreement he reached with Mr. PiB - I'll give the Final Answer on Fields on Black Monday. I might be leaning a certain way right now, but I'd be happy if Fields changed my mind. He has 5 games left to do so . . .
Didn't read but saw the elipses and had to negg out of principle.

Isn’t the whole idea of keeping Fields predicated on him getting coaches who can actually use him better and make him better? How does that jibe with the idea of the coaching staff coming back?

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Bears
Assuming Getsy goes….

Why is it a shit situation? They have a #1 WR. A top 12 TE. A good running game. A developing OL. They need a center and a WR2. They definitely have the resources to do that.
Assuming Getsy goes, and if the Bears manage to hire a competent OC, and if the OL continues to develop, and if the Bears get it right at QB, and if the Bears are able to develop that QB. That's a lot of ifs and history has not been kind to this organization in virtually all those areas.

Fields is trending upwards. I don't want to restart, again, and would like to see significant talent added to this roster. Worst case we address this next season if Fields doesn't continue to progress. We should have the picks to do it and the roster should be better. I think if we continue to build, we can win with Fields. Simple as that.

Yeah I’m talking for either of them. New QB or Fields. As long as they get rid of Getsy and make the obvious moves I think they’ll finally have a decent supporting cast is my point.

You didn't even watch it, you've been rapid-fire shitposting for the last 15 minutes and no way you are smart enough to remember longer than 15 minutes.
I did watch it and it was nice to listen to a guy that knows what he's looking at. Oh - and screw you, I'll reply to anything I want to,
if you don't like that just don't read them.

We know. No reason to keep reminding us. Don't forget to take care of that CTE
