miss Goff big time. just not the same without him.
College classes and schoolwork are why I've listened to sports radio way less than I did last summer. B and B were better with Goff. Now, it's just the Bernstein agenda show; Les Grobstein is the most knowledgeable host on The Score by a wide margin.

I'm hoping that by having Waddle & Silvy as competition, the B&B show will get cancelled, or at the very least raise the bar so that those two buffons make an attempt to discuss sports.
But in a way, the "complete accuracy" is counter-intuitive for their medium. My issue with their Penn State coverage was that there was nothing really to discuss...there was no alternate opinion and no 'breaking news'. It was just B&B expressing their "outrage" for literally 6 months. Yes, what Alford did at Iowa was bad...but is anyone saying otherwise? Did something new get uncovered from when Alford was there?
Now that Waddle & Silvy are on at the same time, I rarely go over to the B&B show. But the one time I did, B&B were bitching about Alford. Some idiot caller was put on the air, and he said he thought Bernstein and Boers were the ones who got Alford fired from Iowa with their "reporting", and they have been instrumental in keeping the Alford/Pierce thing in the news. Kind of funny when the second question Alford was asked at his UCLA press conference was about Pierre Pierce...so I guess B&B aren't the only ones, no?

Its kind of funny, because the entire profession is "easy money", yet these feuds still exist. The Boers one is the most ridiculous, because they weren't even on the same show. I cannot imagine an asshat like Boers having the audacity to have something put in his contract about it...I guess it shows who's running the Score network. "I get paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to do nothing and put in a few hours of work every day...but I cannot stand to be in the same room as Murph for 5-10 minutes!" Talk about a prima donna.
Yeah, Boers definitely talks out of both sides of his mouth.
Boers: Ned Yost is the worst manager in baseball and a total penis...
later that week
Boers: And we have Ned Yost on the line...Ned, great to hear from you!
speaking of The Score, I was blocked by Chris Rongey on Twitter.
Big honor.

For calling Matt Thornton next Cy Young. Cripes he's a baby.
