Tell me how many teams have two top-6 centers.
Only one I can think of quickly is Pittsburgh. And they have 3, with Crosby, Malkin and Staal. All they to do was be terrible enough to land those guys in the top of the draft in 3 consecutive years.
Hawks have a legit 1C and a pretty good 3C in Bolland. Yeah, they need a 2C. There's belief that Kruger could be that guy in the future. Mark McNeill is another intriguing prospect for that position.
It's definitely a need for the Hawks. But I'd say there are at least 20 teams in the NHL with the same need. It's a very hard thing to have, particularly in the salary cap era.

I passed on game 1 of the Rags/Sens series; I'm glad I tuned in to game 2. Holy hell the anger and cheap shots have been "turned up to eleven."
