no one knows the exact plan. listening to coop the other day it seems as the plan is to skip starts instead of full shut down mode.

Dewy, I'm right ... there's no way you're gunna get Hamels, Garza or Greinke. I'm not saying that they're going to get good prospects in return. But there will be a lot of teams after the players with the lack of sellers. They're not gunna be able to compete with them and get into a bidding war.

when did i say we would get one of those guys? id prefer a rental than garza for sure, and wouldnt try for a pitcher who has a disabling anxiety disorder

No a 32 year old putting up numbers in AAA doesn't have the value to be flipped for anything.

too bad hudson cant play short to fill in here and there. it would be nice to send esco down and bring up johnson.

Yeah. I'd rather have Hudson as a starter, but since they don't need a vet if he's off the bench I'd rather have Escobar.
