Ichiro only has maybe a year left in the tank. Could be two. Is he the missing piece? I also don't recall talks around Ichiro from KW like we did with A-Rod. Doesn't mean of course he didn't, I just don't recall.

last year before we got wise KW was interested in Ichiro. Of course he isnt the same player but look at some of these teams that win the WS....especiallu SF who had a lot of balance...more towards the side of gap shot, SB and little thing than the long ball...hell look how scutaro played and his makeup...thats kinda what he need. The hr ball was relied on way too much.
