My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  2. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
After sleeping on my comments.....

I will apologize for my comments on "gammons and everyone should die". That was to far.

My feelings on gammons slightly change. I usually dont root for "deaths".Maybe gammons should retire from the media as he is old as hell.

Just because he bashed the cubs has nothing to do with this. I have hated gammons for as long as I can remember and him bashing the cubs is nothing new.(he clearly sucks boston dicks)

Sorry if I pissed people off(which I did)

dude why are you flip floping on your position. who cares what these losers think. stand up for what you believe in and tell all these fucks to go get on their knees.

@nickcafardo
Nick Cafardo Completely agree with @pgammo that cubs have bottom three farm systm regardless of where milb pubs rank them. Cubs have very little.

Are all BOS writers tools? BOS had NO pitching specs to be brought up in SEPT. So BOS system is just as bad as Cubs then

I think that's what Anno said in the blog in the opening post.

Then should we be scared that Theo Farm not doing well lately either? I do think BOS sent there best specs for a STUD in A-gone though. I like trading specs for proven MLB all stars

Basically what happened in Boston was similar to what happened to the Cubs in that a bunch of their starters went down with injuries and there's not enough depth to always ensure that you can go 9 or 10 deep in your starting rotation over the entire season. The difference is that Boston can score runs and the Cubs cannot.

I don't recall who went to SD in the A-Gon deal but it's not like a bunch of A and AA pitchers can suddenly become Cy Young-caliber starters at the big league level. Sometimes you win, and sometimes you just have shitty luck. That's baseball. Nobody ever prepares for one of your pitchers sucking more than he should (Lackey) or your other rotation guys (Dice-K, Buchholz, Lester) breaking down almost all at once. I don't think it's fair to blame Theo for that.

No. Boston gave up arguiabley it's top 3 prospects for A Gonz. Plus Boston's farm system in recent years has produced a lot of MLB players and key guys for the 2007 WS team.

Boston's system right now is bottom heavy. A lot of really nice players at the A level. Only a few guys up top. Namely Kalish, who had a rough year with injuries.

The Boston system is fine the way Epstein ran it. Boston's farm system is never going to be stacked. They draft college players who progress quickly and/or are used as trade bait. There's really not much time for the players to get through the system and sit there and get it stacked like KC, TB, etc. Different structure. Their gusy usually either progress quickly and hit the big leagues fast or are used as trade bait. You don't have a lot of HS picks with high ceilings that sit for years in the farm system and progress that help some other teams garner higher rankings.

Here's a site for them.

I don't think anyone wants you to apologize.

I just think everyone knows you're a moron.

Also, Peter Gammons wants to know
