A head coach also know football in and out. Not just a leader of men.

Some call plays and some don't. It is not a requirement to succeed.

John Harbaugh doesn't call plays for example. He was hired as a special teams coach.

If, and I mean if since both the Browns and Rice are denying this, it would be a strange decision by Cleveland to interview someone obviously not even close to qualified to coach an NFL team. It has nothing to do with race or sex, it has to do with qualifications to coach a professional football team.

If being a fan makes you qualified to coach a team then sign all of us up. Even Ommy is qualified I suppose.

Eh a HC in the NFL is more about making decisions under high pressure and managing the team. You have coordinators for the Xs ans Os.

It doesn't take rocket science to throw the challenge flag when you think it is a fumble yet Nagy still fucked that up last week as he waited for confirmation.

Would it make sense for someone with her background to call their own plays? Of course not. But if you have good coordinators in place then the question is whether she can run and lead a team.
