It’s just rare that a team lets an elite DT go in free agency or a trade even. The league has less elite DT’s than most positions

Donald
Simmons
Payne & Allen
Buckner
Chris Jones
Q Williams

I’m sure there are a few more
Buckner was traded from SF to IND but overall you're right.

SF was an anomaly because they had Armstead, who some consider to be elite but they also had to pay Bosa. 2 elite DT’s would be awesome to have. Detroit almost had it with Suh & Fairley but Fairley rarely applied himself. My brother is a post office worker and currently works with a retired special teams SS that played on those Lions. Said Fairley had twice the talent of Suh but he simply never tried much. (He also said Erin Andrews has made her way around the league too lol)

Yeah you're right

Let's not get too excited when Quinnen Williams & Dexter Lawrence scrub their IGs, clearly just a new age negotiating tactic lol

I’m sure this is very common with female personal in every sport. Shit, our HS trainer (female) made her way around the team haha.
