I should have phrased that better. Is Wang/Snow willing to spend on some payroll would have been the correct question. You know Wang is a fucky owner plus the Isles average 11k in attendance thus far this year. Snow was also talking a big game at last year's trade deadline which nothing came of. I'm a cynic.
