I think Harbaugh would be a good fit and wouldn't be afraid to bench Cutler. Look what he did with Alex Smith, (who's actually been playing pretty good, and did in SF)

Trestman is too scared to sit Cutler and draft his repleacement because he's invested his HC career in him, but it's the only thing that's gonna save him.
